I think it was pretty clear that it was intended for lower level players. I mean, it just seems like other people would need it more. You have no obligation to let other people have it, but it's like how I don't loot on my twinked enchanter - if I have 6K in the bank already, what do I need a fucking deathfist slashed belt for? I'll let the real "n00bs" loot them and make money that actually means something to them.
