this quest is a great tutorial on how you'll really be making the big plat on p99.. it teaches you about camp lawyering, petitioning, multiquesting.. all of the skills you'll need to become a fat cat tunnel rat.

Good thread. My best tip is use tunnel buffs 1-20. EC 1-8. Nro 9-11. Oasis 12-18ish (crocs best).
