Absolutely nothing. My suggestion would be to take out the character restrictions in names. Lineage II's xXx420LegOlas69Xxx names had certain charm to them and would open up literal tens of combinations that haven't been used on P99.

Even if everyone active playing all logged in those names and leveled them to level 2...you'd see 1000s of names returned to the pool.

Maybe just axe the Level 1s still holding their pvp book.
