Brining makes turkey delicious. Liquid brining is a pain in the ass, you need big gallon buckets and a cool place to store it, but dry brining is a thing which I guess is just extended salting. I want to fry a turkey this year, so good.

Does anyone else do chocolate pie? It's my Dad's favorite. Bake the pie crust, fill with legit chocolate pudding, you know the kind you actually cook on the stove top, pour into pie crust, chill overnight.

I'll eat greenbean casserole 5x over before I even look at the sweet potatoes. Dat crunchy onion topping doe
