You're right. It would have to start small. To make a positive impact on this server will have to be small and a lot of work.

Edit: not saying I want to or will. Just saying the difference has to start somewhere or your server population will continue to decline even more than it already has.

the resist code is bad ass

there is no item loot (yikes..)

there needs to be promotional shit, red to blue trading again or a blue copy

the rest comes down to suck it up, people are always going to go out of their way to tell you how much you suck on competitive online gaming (steam friend requests after a kill in Dark Souls 3 for instance)

I'm not entirely disagreeing, but how about "good fight" once in a while instead of why you lost or how they had an advantage that was unfair.
We all know war is not fair, EQ pvp is not fair. If you don't use an advantage or sometimes "Zerg" then you're not using all your tools. I know there are better strategies. But it doesn't have to be a negative atmosphere 100% of the time.

Hey op, you're not saying anything we don't know or haven't considered. You are on the right path though. Good fight will make your life on red 1000% easier. I've been here for years now and almost always go the good fight route. I've made more friends than enemies like this. I cannot say the same of a number of friends I brought to the server over the years who still to this day regularly have to log out or fight to the death every time they login to red.

The kindness movement won't catch on, if it even had a chance it would have by now.
