I got the Idol on the 5th spawn with 22% cumulative probability to spawn Raster successfully at least one time. My lucky day I guess.

Added tables and a plot to the Raster wiki. Hope it's helpful.

He regens like crazy and quads for 300. Need 2 good groups with good DPS. No faction hit.

Ah, regens like crazy will make it 'interesting'.

Took 14 people, mostly lev 60s and was a decent fight. Won't kite him easily, has massive regen. It's almost a raid encounter. But if you're in a guild, imo, it's easier to spend a few hours talking guildies into helping, than the many many potential hours at Rasta

It's a micro raid like General. 1 group-able by raiders, 2+ group-able ish by casuals guilds.

Personal experience: 35 place holders before i got Raster. Camp is boring as crap after you break the room but pretty decent exp, went in at 46, left at 48, had a druid friend pop in and buff me from time to time but prob wasn't necessary...

Bro Z was up on Sunday so went and did the turn in. Not having Targin the Rock and thinking wouldn't it be cool to get a rotwf AND epic thought, lets have a go at him after doing the turn in (I'd heard that a group of mid 50's can do him)...

60 Druid, 60 Pally tank, 50 monk, 47 bard, 51 cleric... got him to 95% before we said Nope... druid evac... May have gone better if we'd have had a way to slow him...

Need way more DPS than that due to regen.

I've done the raster camp 3 times on P99 (first for my epic, second for robe, third for another robe after MQing) and never spent more than 8 RL hours at the camp. The few people who have really bad luck are of course the loudest, but on top of that other people hear about it and take up the story as their own because 200 hours sounds a lot cooler than 2 hours when showing off your poop socking badge of honor.

I spent a total of 14 hours this weekend at Raster camp, no dice.

I had heard tell of Brother Raster's elusive nature from peers at the Ashen Hand. The information sat in my stomach like oily pumice stone in ice water. I'd heard it rumored that he frequented (infrequently) the ruins of Old Gukta and had elected to explore the moldering caverns before the Innothule floodwaters prohibited such a delve. My mentor, Grandmaster Xltx was kind enough to show me the way and it so happened that the fates smiled upon me a second time that night.

Brother Raster, the Raster of Guk awaited my arrival. We set upon me the moment I presented myself while Grandmaster Xltx dealt with a few disagreeable minotaurs. The trial was swift and sweet and when we had finalized I relieved Brother Raster of The Idol sought by Brother Zephyl, the Hermit of Her.
