SOLVED!!!

I was able to put four muffins in his trade window, cast improved invis on myself and then hit trade. No enchanter/bard/druid needed after all!

Well now that's nearly ^^ He don't aggro you as you stuff the muffins in his pockets, or?

If you're KOS to Pandos you and cannot sneak you can simply invis past him to Lady Shae (who is on her own faction 'Felguard') and turn in WHITE wine to her for the same exact faction hits as Muffins for Pandos. Turning in Red Wine raises her own faction, Felguard.
