Turns you PvP, meaning you can only get buffs from those flagged PvP, and can be attacked by those flagged for PvP.

I handed mine in on live on my main during Kunark. The GM gave me a "quest" in order to reverse it. Required a Mithril 2her, Froglok Crown, and something else.

i remember having a friend back in the day as well having to do a quest for a gm to get it being pvp taken off, only he had to get stuff from blackburrow and a few other places. i think back then the gms were alot more involved and just made crap up sometimes.
