error code sp-1?

Anyone figure out how to fix this issue? I've tried everything. Even copy/pasrting whole directory for old to new comps.. ughh

I am also getting ERRORCODE SP - 1, and I’ve read and read on these forums that you need to reinstall EQ and make a new folder and all that. I have also tried WinEQ2 and Duxa and still neither of those programs have worked, so if there’s anyone that can possibly help me that would be super helpful. I have also tried downloading it on my computer (it didn’t work) so I tried another and it still didn’t work so I’m out of ideas, I will take anything. Thank you
