Is there anything between Scorpikis Claw Impaler and Infestation one can buy for a level 1 warrior that also plans on using a Wrapped Entropy Serpent Spine?

There probably is one out there but none immediately come to mind that proc at level 1

WESS is the only aggro proc I know works from level 1.

Infestation, Venom Axe, Crystal Spider Fang (basic dagger + a crappy proc but still a level 1 proc), WESS, and I'm sure i'm missing more - especially no drop weapons.

I'd prob dump the axe for anything cheap with a .5+ ratio or a lesser ratio but an aggro proc (claw impaller or save up for a WESS).

If purely going for damage in the offhand a Jarsath Trident is 75p or a fist of zek for 250. Or get a claw impaller, trident, and staff of battle for the price of the axe and have all your bases covered.
