I don't think casual is the word. Im sure you can be as hardcore as you can be, and still be stuck in this situation. This is a whole guild who perma camps the spawn, and cycles players for clickies. Even joining the said guild as Paladin would proof extremely difficult in obtaining the sword.

Probably right. Even if you join you would likely have to earn full raiding status and then enough dkp.
