I bumped into the kermit froglok guy a few times on Green while running around or leveling on aviaks. Usually right by the shoreline.

Everytime I shat myself a little. Then eventually I realized he wasn't KoS. ^_^

He's on Guk faction, so he most certainly is KoS to some and has wrecked many a lowbie day, trolls especially.
