On live I was always bound outside KC. I'm pretty sure it was because I couldn't bind inside. The only reason I have behind that is, it took me 9 mins to zone during Kunark, and being bound inside would have saved me 9 mins.
Everyone else was bound outside of Seb bubble, even the melee ( due to locket of escape) till we started to raid VP. | ||

Also, KC being the train-kingdom that it was, binding inside would be retarded.
