Heres how i use the bag as part of the UI for swapping stuff on the fly.

The player stats window.
The characters Surname overlaps the HEALTH text.

Also would it be possible to make the Item Description Pop up Windows, Re-sizable?

I guess i could load the normal ui resize them then reload.

Also, Wonderful job with this. Really a lovely , and functional ui, but it needs More Colors! =)

The casting bar seems to be the only bar that has the Text Centered rather than anchored to the left side.

Have you considered making it the same?

Yep, I messed around with the alignment but it looked weird so I left it centred like the default ui.

Is it possible to Not display the Surname in the group window?
It just ends up overlaying the health bar and is cut off by the pet bar as well.

Thanks for spotting that, it's doubtful I would of as I use a level 1 toon for testing the UI.

This should fix the issue.
