Sirken was a P99 GM. Those name rules were the [I]classic EverQuest name rules ... which is to say that they have nothing to do with this (classic recreation) server.

They're still drawn from here. Staff have been changing names since forever. Week 1 green server it even happened to someone in my group while we were mid-combat (I think it was something loosely political).
