although people will just create accounts ahead of time and let them "age" for 30 days untill they are ready to create havoc. People are so pathetic i'm sure they will have a constant stream of accounts waiting to be used after one gets banned.
true but the gimmick accounts will no longer be fresh in a month normally they are made to post on a specific thread or event
