All the bronze & green leather that dropped there easily made for a rich newbie. The weapons looked awesome, as well. Though, their stats weren't that great, even compared to rusty weapons. I remember a circuit I used to do; I'd go kill the foodmaster & smithy (using lull to do it one at a time), head to the pit & kill the pit fighters & shaman, go after the jailor, and hit up the single pit fighter spawn. After a few levels of that i was able to take out the Prince, and even later the Mighty Bear Paw, King, & High Shaman. Only killed the Mugglwump once, but I'll never forget meleeing down a giant tadpole.

Greatest zone ever.

I have such fond memories of this zone. I used to solo around here for look on my warrior when he was 25-30ish. There used to be a giant bat that was used for some quest near the stonebrunt zoneline I used to camp, and I used to try to take on the Muglwump because he was an exiciting solo kill as a warrior!
