How about an analogy?

You are a hostage in a bank, along with a handful of other people. A small army of disciplined, trained, armed, and armored men has taken over the bank, is trying to break into the vault, and have guns pointed. The head honcho did mention, though, that they expected to have the safe open within a couple hours, and that after that they will let you go because they have a secret escape plan that doesn't require hostages!

After 5 hours have passed, you start mumbling about how the head honcho terrorist bank robber militiamember (who, remember, holds your life in his hands) said he was going to let you go 3 hours ago. Three of four of the other hostages whisper your way, "Shut the hell up. They probably just haven't got the vault open yet."

You reply, "Well I'm not going to be quiet until they tell me first-hand why we haven't been released yet!" And you stand up and start walking over towards the head honcho with a smug look of confidence on your face, knowing that he is breaking his own rule!

And then you get shot, and you die, because you were dumb.

People pay RL money for internet services to play on the server and make the plat. I didn't pay for any of the games, they were given to me by Santa.

There really isn't a hole, just a lot of opinions. Until we can get a mod to comment there is no hole. Unless i tried to continue to pursue the trade after a mod told me its illegal (hasn't happened yet). I will respect anything a mod say of course.

This has been covered before. It's against the rules. No mod needs to come here and tell it to you personally, because you're the one who's failed to perform your due diligence and ensure what you're doing is legal.

Long story short:

The only trading you are allowed to post in these forums are trades of virtual things located on the p99 server for virtual things located on the p99 server.

P99 includes both the original blue server and the newer red server.

So reading the trade forum rules wasn't "due diligence"? So many bad opinions on this thread not backed by anything but pure opinion. But i guess you are to cool to link "This has been covered before" posts. At the very least i linked the rule and have an argument against it with valid facts.
