I'm still threateningly to guards in wfp n NGO, trying to get vendor and banker/ guard faction up. What else can I do besides kill orcs in ec? Thanks

Nestral and Rebby delivery quest. You get a letter from Nestal, hand in the letter to Rebby, and he gives you a rat whisker. The rat whiskers are droppable, so just have another char that's indifferent to her do it (I find a necro that's 44+ with jboots to be the quickest, binding in front of Rebby and running over the docks/water with DMF, then gating back with the note, but you can make a level 1 rogue and run otherwise). Then just transfer bags of whiskers to your iksar. I think Nestral is dubious to iksars by default, so you have to sneak behind her to turn in. She's in the tunnels so you don't have to go into the actual city.

Turning in the whiskers to Nestral gives positive faction with:

Freeport Militia
Corrupt Qeynos Guards
Coalition of Tradefolk
Coalition of Tradefolk Underground
Carson McCabe

According to the guide, it takes 140-160 (7-8 stacks) of the whiskers to get non-kos to east and west FP guards. For NFP, orc genocide or the bard gold quest.

I raised my iksar necros faction with Rivervale from maxed kos after killing the guards for a few levels by going Skelly form (or wolf) and turning in 3 bags of bandages. Opens up another bank. The only place you have to avoid in Rivervale are the Guilds (also did it with a Ogre shaman by being in wolf form. Its a nice easy access bank if you have access to druid porters a lot.

Update on this. I did the Rebby Whisker's turn ins. From the original guide:

I took between 140-160 whiskers to get to the factions below.

Result:
Freeport Militia : Dubious
Corrupt Qeynos Guards : Scowling
Coalition of Tradefolk : Ally
Coalition of Tradefolk Underground : Ally
Carson McCabe : Dubious

I went overkill and collected 12 stacks (240 whiskers) to make sure to get on good terms with Freeport guards and I'm still glaring to the militia. Just FYI for anyone saving up their whiskers. Iksar monk here btw.

Edit: I will post my other cons when I manage to make it out of the gate. Currently FD outside the inn after my wolf form ran out.

Update part 2. Here are my cons, again this is after 240 whiskers:

Underground rogues: Indifferent (was scowling before, so at least I can turn in more whiskers without wolf form)
Underground merchants/necro guildmasters: Dubious (no change)
FP Militia: Glaring (up from scowling)
Commonlands/Nro Inn merchants (anyone know if these are on coalition of tradefolk?): Dubious, same as before

Murissa Sandwhisper is apprehensive and Boomba is indifferent, oddly enough

all that hardwork will payoff once u can start banking at FP though so you can do the whole EC trade scene. How hard is it to get to bank at Neriak ?
