Why would it prevent it from happening?

The vets get to pvp equally skilled and geared players, the noobies get to level up so they can be the next gen of vets that participate in pvp.

Unless Azrael are all about farming undergeared players, which seems to be the case.

It's not always azrael looking for PvP. There are smaller guilds that don't really raid that are looking for people in their range. You're robbing your lower members critical PvP experience. They're going to always be reliant on the veterans being around or else they won't know what to do.

But yeah blame it all on azrael.

What you fail to realise is that Azrael zerged the moment Nihilum died, and you are buying into their bullshit propaganda. They literally admitted to dissolving Hokuten because it purely existed to provide warm bodies for mass pvp.

They openly admitted to this.

As a result Azrael were rolling around with 35+ at 7am VS raids uncontested.
