Dunno what you mean. Getting in good shape shouldn’t be ABOUT getting a girl, because then you’re just another one of those who’s going to get fat as fuck as soon as they’re in a long term relationship or married. But if someone can find a few other good motivations to get in good shape like maybe more confidence, or how about better life expectancy, or for simple enjoyment (since there’s like a million diff things that someone can do to get in good shape), a byproduct is that it will help with women

My advice is: get in good shape for some non-corruptible reason (doing it for another person is corruptible) or ideally for the love of the game, and by grow a personality I mean improve your personality to the point where people want to be your friend and have you around. Being more aesthetic only helps. Any chick who says looks don’t matter are lying. Looks might not be the end all be all like it is for most guys, but for most women it’s in their top 3. Your face you can’t control besides grooming, the rest of you you can. And it doesn’t have to be jacked, just tone and aesthetic and ideally lean

Or someone could go the route of growing a personality and developing a bunch of other skills. I feel like this will make that person attractive to a more narrow range of women than simply improving aesthetics would, but if someone is allergic to exercise, then there’s that

You can stare at the ground most of the way, just make sure to make solid eye contact and break touch barrier by touching her arm, spinning her to face you, or whatever to get her attention, and then ask a logistics question. “Do you want to continue going this way? Do you want to check out the pond? How many laps would you want to do?”

That way it’s easier for someone with anxiety but you can’t ignore eye contact 100% of the time looking straight and talking. Or look her way and make eye contact when you ask a question. But otherwise facing away is a huge pressure relief
