When I said moderate twinking I guess I should have elaborated. No pp or gear from your own chars should be used. Last night for example I was in all cloth and a rusty halberd. Someone made me some banded and gave me a spear. I dont see anything wrong with that. Now running around with full rubi, fbss, mithril 2 handed sword with djarns ring, ya thats a little excessive. Again I am not going to be a nazi about this, I think we are all adults here and are able to self regulate.

I've been in gfay and I must say its very easy for a new player to make money selling CB belts. Anyone starting fresh could very well make about 100pp by level 10 if they sell the belts, bonechips, and bat wings.

Simple answer, you are starting fresh. If someone gives you gear or you are good at smooth talking then so be it, it was legit in classic and it will be legit here.

Just remember, no Breeze until Kunark. That will seriously hinder you getting into non-guild groups until 29.

And if you're going to be serious about it, nobody should receive Breeze, either.

I've thought about that and still undecided. For now I'll let each individual decide whether or not its fair. For instance, I do not believe in the hybrid penalty. If it were velious I would not mind it being off. I also think halflings should be able to make rangers/pals and gnomes being able to make pal/sks and if those options were available I'd allow them.

Definitely no to traveling to kunark and getting the spell. If someone passes by and casts it on u i see no problem since all it is is a weaker version of Clarity which would be allowed.
