Bloodgills range 35-39 and max out at ~1400 hp. Spectres - the main comparable mob for quadding at around that level - range 33-37 and have ~1600 hp. Spectres will make you a lot more money, but Bloodgills will level you faster and are easier. Bloodgills also don't lifetap + stop moving momentarily (screwing up their density) after you deal damage when they're within range. There are other places you can easily quad at this level too, but they're simply not as good as bloodgills. Pulling them is ridiculously easy for a wizard. I haven't done it as a druid, so I don't know how that compares. If anyone's interested, let me know and I'll send you the procedure I used to pull them. I'd imagine it's more annoying/slower as a druid since I can pull them all full speed, get them into formation, then snare; as opposed to having to snare them individually. heh yes I do want to do kedge.. but maybe at 48-50. The Zem is high, but being an enchanter - you ahve to do a lot of pulling/quick casting.. kedge seems like it would make that very difficult :/
kedge is such a cool mysterious zone from the classic era, when I would see or hear of people that grouped there I held them in high regard. | ||
