You don't have to LNS from your bind point in a town though. He fucked up by calling LNS so he has to leave now, but if he didn't and you continued to bind camp him that would be a violation of the PNP

Im am allowed 1 kill at a persons bind point. That is not including the initial encounter per the rules that GM Aussie outlined to me. I respect that and have no problem following the play nice policy set forth.
