It's better than forcing the GMs to deal with the bullshit that would ensue from two+ guilds not respecting each other. (KSing, training, etc.)
Nothing kills your will to do anything like dealing with that bullshit. (I've been in that position and know personally that it will burn you out, quickly.) | ||

What really sucks about rotation is that the respawn timer on the raid mobs isn't balanced out to co-exist with the whole idea!

I still prefer the random respawn timer with 1h to engage after spawn, then it's open for attempts.

When a guild wants to enter the rotation they should be next on the list for the mob with the other 2 guilds watching. If they wipe the next guild on rotation is there to finish up.
