we should also be able to marry npcs in game and have them follow us around and give us huggles back

No, nothing like that; but a haggle button could allow for those insane priced items to become more accessible after people sell their uber item_01 to vendor and want to buy it back for a semi-reasonable price. It's just a pipe dream though so .. smokem if ya gottem

Begging skill was put in to actually deterrent people begging for handouts and showed them that by being killed on a fail.
