I wish I could see a parse that included DoT damage and such.

I'm guessing someone has already done the math on this. But what do you think the sustained damage rankings are? Assume they have the best equipment and buffs, and non stop pulls. Here is my guess, probably completely wrong.

1. Rogue
2. Monk
3. Wizard
4. Ranger
5. Bard
6. Warrior
7. Magician
8. Necromancer
9. Shaman
10. Shadow Knight
11. Paladin
12. Druid
13. Enchanter
14. Cleric
Imho, I would think it would be this...

1. Rogue
2. Monk
3. Necromancer
4. Magician
5. Wizard
6. Ranger
7. Shadow Knight
8. Warrior
9. Shaman
10. Paladin
11. Bard
12. Druid
13. Enchanter
14. Cleric

This is of course assuming a raid boss, not a 30second skirmish.

On a raid boss that DT's, you should take the one ranger on the raid off that list entirely.

I notice that mage's and necromancer's are included and must assume
this is with pet damage....that being the case, id have to go with Enchanter
as #1 with a charmed pet of his choice. (which is common in groups now)
Add in a few DD;s and dot's and all others shall kneel.......

Let's be honest here, in a real raid situation (I'll say a planar clear at 50), it's probably something like this:

1. Enchanter Pet
--MASSIVE GAP--
2. Rogue
2. Monk
4. Necro Pet
4. Mage Pet
6. Ranger
6. Wizard
8. Shadowknight
8. Paladin
10. Warrior
--MASSIVE GAP--
11. Bard (can technically melee for damage)
12. Necro (pumping is zero dps)
12. Mage (mod-rodding is zero dps)
12. Shaman (buffing is zero dps)
12. Enchanter (cc'ing is zero dps)
12. Druid (off-healing is zero dps)
12. Clerics (aka c-heal bots)

Lol, just read this. I thought it was a matter of pride on my Ranger, which I will probably start one up again eventually just to get DT'd, haha.

Ohh ranger's, red headed step-child of EQ.

That problem with the Wiz AE is you can only do it once on a raid before you are accepting a rez box.

Second what Trimm said. No raid is going to support AE in Kunark or SOV raids. It's too much of a PITA to coordinate. Most AE groups fail due to lack of skill or attention. Raid is ten times as bad.

The key word to keep in mind is substained. The OP was looking in terms of "non stop pulls"
