If you need thousands of plat of consumables that give you abilities outside of your own class (especially heals and charm), you're not even soloing, you're just spending money to kill a mob

using your normal kit and clickies that your class/race can use, without consumeables, is completely different

the whole challenge of soloing is being able to perform under pressure and actually deal with the punishing aspects of RNG

when you can spam click worts to heal yourself or instantly CH your pet, you're effectively removing any challenge whatsoever and just burning plat to succeed

not sure why people are impressed by that in the slightest

TIL Ranger's don't count as soloing if they use a bow.

Also using puppet strings and praying they don't break isn't skill. This is literally the most ridiculous thing.

Watching bards solo with their kit = skill.

Watching Chanters solo with their kit = skill.

Watching Shaman solo with their kit = skill.

Watching someone blow exorbitant amounts of plat attempting to do what one of those classes do on the reg, but showing no mechanical genius or master of their own kit = / = skill.

It's really pretty simple.
