I've seen scrapple on The Food Network, but have never actually tried. The whole idea kinda grosses me out! Plus it looks pretty gross!

The insides of animals are pretty gross regardless of which you're taking food from. I honestly don't see what the big deal is. Processed food is a boon, GM crops are a boon. I guess I'm just not a very good Luddite.
