pretty sure rogeans antihax dll hooks up the client and monitors any changes to the memory checksums so any normal mq hax that usually goes undetected will be detected, however i don't think rogean can detect the classic "MQ" which use to run on a linux machine that is setup to snif the incoming packets before it comes to the client from a different stand alone machine, that is completely undetectable, unless this detected data is sent to the client and displayed somehow on the client ofcourse, but if you setup a sniffer and a monitor to display the data on a different machine that is not running the client you're 100% secure, at least i'd think so

who knows maybe rogean has access to my encrypted porn stash, that fucker ain't playin no star wars he is lurking in my systems

Word on the street is Rogean was one of the biggest know-it-alls about MQ in his day on the live servers.

Aside from the people getting away with insta-logout, equipping items they shouldn't be able to and raid mobs that don't fight back, invis pulling, cancel magic removing one shot of anything on you not poison/disease... I think that was the extent of the major issues here.

Amelinda, lack of item loot, cc spell resist aside of course.

Anyone project manager who's not dirty and actually gives a shit about their box would be running queries weekly, especially on this particular box. Anyone who plays here knows exactly wtf is going on. New mage track is totally imba.

Telling people to put a tinfoil hat on, after the shit this servers been through, is just ignorant.

obvious conspiracy discovered. but lets go deeper down the rabbit hole... VZTZ staff also didnt make them public because we were prepping for the coming of Nihilum. obviously the same is true of P99 before R99 existed. i bet PEQ and HiddenForest do it just on the off chance Nihilum moves to one of those servers. Smedy, it's time to get yourself fitted for the tinfoil my friend.
Smedy used to be cool...now he is just a towel.

It is not even that complex. At the core, Macroquest deciphers packets for the client from the server that would normally not be displayed.

You can figure out how it is dedected from there.
