My experience with a few peace pipe members of late is, peace pipe zones in, yells nonsense drug references in ooc. Responds to cc and general camp queries in ooc with more nonsense, then pulls from your camp in an attempt to make you leave out of frustration.
Another instance, quading in DL. Guy chain hails me 50+ times, asks for SoW (as I AoE the mobs chasing me) obviously attempting to be an annoyance.
Same guy was in both groups so, maybe its just a bad bunch misrepresenting the guild.

My experience with peace pipe is this:
T00p gets banned for using 3rd party software to siphon data from the server to make his own, threatens server for lawsuit for downloading a .dll in an update to which he didn't pay attention. Melts down on forums, burns bridges. Makes alt accounts to promote his new server.
Not that anyone really cares anyway.
