I bought the ps vr 2 thing when it was on sale last christmas, I would really like to get some kinda melee weapons fighting game for ps5.
I wish KCD2 would be in VR that'd be rad. No Man's Sky was neat in VR, it's just I have played that game so much there wasn't much to do but build more stuff.

Never bothered with their Pedophile-Haven chat rooms. Only game I liked (loved actually) was Beatsaber I can never get immersed in an RPG when you are confined to standing in a phone booth sized circle the entire time. VR was pretty cool for seeing IRL places, like I could hop all around Machu Piccu by clicking various parts and then teleporting there and looking around [You must be logged in to view images. the combat makes it a JRPG, it's the same Active Time Bar (ATB) concept as FF7 and the other ones that have that, they just went one step further with adding running around the triggered random encounter to dodge attacks.

I like where youre coming from but iiiiidk, Id say this is RPG that was made in japan.
But im not the authority. My memory was it was more like Res Evil than this video is making me feel though so maybe my memory is all fucked up. I could be mixing this and the dino resident evil game in my mind.

i no lifed Hero's Journey this weekend and it was really good. These guys are top noctch everquest fans and they really modernized eq and made it something totally different, but feels the same.
It's way more like Wow-verquest. Like, you just run into a dungeon and engage lots of mobs and spam attacks and just blow shit up. But it's all EQ mechanics, so it just feels like you're playing something familiar, but just like god mode. The cool thing about it is even though it feels like god mode it's still challenging, and so grinding is really fun. I got to 30, and wanted to experience lots of classic content, so switched to AA's and grinded 150 of them this weekend, learning how the class worked and just getting AA's that would make what I was naturally doing better. I Made a Barbarian ROG/SK/SHM - and it turns out that was a great idea becuase holy smokes this guy can cook. With life Taps, HP & AC I can pretty much square off like you could imagine a SK Torp Shaman would but DPS'ing while you do it. It's a lot of fun, and feels like if eq was some modern AAA game that everyone loved. It's casual, and easy but really challenging too. Very different but familiar.
