fozziesov changed the map so drastically. CFC space is still the same, even more consolidated now then it was then, every other major alliance pretty much died though.

ye we've been seeing more caps being used in lowsec since fozi sov. i am guessing a lot of those are from the nullsec alliances that collapsed. ive seen people drop a triage to save a brutix. shit is crazy.

cap changes in april will be real good for the game. 5 days of space aids still kind of sucks but its way better then 30d
