I believe the bind issue is the bind point is saved in the user profile or something like that, Nilbog made a post on how it is difficult to change people's bind points, but not difficult to change being able to bind in an area. I think if they disabled binding in SG today, people still bound there would have an unfair advantage (same with people bound in ToV)... so perhaps they are leaving it alone until they have a true fix in place?

Sorry for your bad luck Emmin!
I figured I would let you know the spawn rate has not been nerfed in anyway. Spawns are just random, I can remember when I used to play many hours would pass without seeing one named.
