Motec, your so ANGRY! Most good shamans raid with it [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] As far as uses....I melee the 1st 10% of a mob with it...proc it....then swap to hammer.
Proc rates for the weapons your talking about:
Your cudgel has a proc-rate=shit....barb hammer has a great proc-rate...sham epic a decent proc-rate.

By decent you mean like either first hit or like when the mobs at 20% and it cant even climb up past 44 for a tick =P Let just change it to a clickie and call it a day! =)
