The nice thing about sham SK is most races that can be one can be the other. DEs, humans, and erudites can't be shaman, and barbarians can't be SKs, but troll, iksar, and ogre all overlap. The largest penalty will be with iksar or troll, but the greatest benefits will be for troll or ogre.

Barb Spiritists Hammer
Good Faction

are not superior to Ogre/Troll benefits:
Slam
HP regen (troll)
Stun immunity (Ogre)

unless leveling speed is important. But honestly I'd suggest you enjoy the journey, the top isn't nearly as fun as everyone makes it out to be.
