Except for this little tid-bit from the Blue BOTB (whose rules shall be duplicated for the Red BotB)

"Class Rules Wizard:

No Gflux or Invert Gravity
No Thunder Strike (Large Knockback)
No Right clicks
No Meleeing/Throwing

If there is proof given that wizards were able to use their Epic right click, it will be allowed. Until then it won't be allowed for the right click effect. The wizard would be allowed to wear the epic."
