Doesn't work that way. At most I could issue some form of restraining order to the ones who've Facebook stalked me and even then it's only if they harass myself or my friends/family through it.

you should actually look into some of the cases you're talking about instead of reading 3-paragraph news blurbs about them

There are states with strict anti cyberstalking and anti.cyber bullying laws. some of them don't even require usage of RL names/pics to prosecute
