Glorin Binfurr, Gan Dunbull, Den Ironblood?
They're easy to identify because they're all carrying a http://wiki.project1999.com/Bronze_T...ded_Battle_Axe If they don't have one, they're not what you're looking for. There are 8 of them total. 2 standing on the docks (one by the OOT boat, one by the FV boat, one each in the two huts next to Happ Findlefin). There are 2 more in the house next to Den Ironblood. And one more in a house south of the the guard tower with the HE merchant. On the wiki, the house is marked as "abandoned". Remember, literally NOTHING in the zone will assist them. Not the guards, not the gnomes standing next to them, not the HE merchants, not the aqua goblins, only each other. Near as I can tell, there are no NPCs on KaladimCitizens faction anywhere else in the game, including in Kaladim (I ran around a bit inside Kaladim and nothing attacked me). I kited the coast dwarves based on your video guide and it worked out great! Except for the part where I don't have enough mana, of course, but it turns out once they get far enough away from each other at 1% health after ensnare drops, they stop trying to chase me with pitchforks. Fun fact: There are actually two Signus Borans. The second one is by the chessboard near gfay.

There's some other ones smattered throughout the zone (like at crossroads) but not close enough to quad.
