I was going to make a joke about banning them like Muslims in a Trump presidency but I couldn't figure out how to make it work the way I wanted to.

I'd put the average age even higher than that. EQ started losing steam in about 2003ish, if you were 15 years old at that time you're 28 now. If you started playing in 1999 you're almost certainly 30+. Thats the crazy part about these policies, you're not dealing with children or teenagers who need controlling, you're dealing with grown ass adults who should be able to know whats appropriate and what is not.

The only guilds that seem to have these policies are the very top raiding guilds who rule with an iron fist. BDA clearly does not have this policy as the members have stated, and I know Azure Guard does not police members speech. Its even stated in the recruitment thread.
