Cause: You're one of those annoying pricks that flame lick-spams people in EC. You finally flame lick the wrong person.
Effect: You get death touched.

Cause: You tell a GM to fuck off.
Effect: You get suspended.

Again, this is about ego. Some people do not like being told they are wrong, argue...with the GM/s, insulting them and get suspended. The concern ofcourse is over themselves and for no one else. It doesn't matter what they did or what they said, it only matters that they feel wronged.

What follows is a seemingly endless supply of threads boo-hooing over what happened to them and why it was wrong for them to be suspended. I do not think I've ever seen a thread posted that could go something like this:

"To Uthgaard and other GM's. I didn't realize my actions were detracting from the event or your ability to GM it. I'm sorry."

Now there may be PMs with these statements and I'm sure the smarter individuals just roll with it, take the lump and continue on. A PM like the example above would be a good start I think. This is how its done. You show respect and you receive it. How have ANY of your actions sir shown any ounce of respect or understanding for the monumental task that the GMs have or the personal time they spend? Each moment you spend justifying yourself is a moment you are wasting. You as well as many others here do not have the guts to stand up and say, yes I screwed up and I'm sorry. Your just a weasel behind a keyboard with some twisted sense of self worth and entitlement.

Christ, just take your limps, grow a pair and STFU about what happened. When your suspension is over, log back in and try to enjoy yourself for a change.

I'm trying to keep things organized to run an event and award the winners, and there are 200 people in the zone, with 50 of them trying to be cute and test my patience. Yep, I'm an ass, I shouldn't have held the event, or expected people to follow instructions, or attempted to award the winners without dipshits spamming all of my windows into oblivion
