A bicep day is def a cosmetic thing. None of us in football or wrestling have a bicep day like that. Then again, we dont lift to stand in front of mirrors and look at ourselves or take webcam pics of it for an EQ emu board. You obviously think a lot of yourself and the folks here on these boards will roast you for it.

If you are playing football and not at the very least mixing in some isolated bicep curls with your compound movements you need to fire your coach/trainer.
