These are mainly end game type enforcements. Sure the server has been thriving for the last 2-3 months. So what does that mean? That means that there is a large influx of players that are getting their first taste of raiding on R99. If its allowed to be rules free, then it wont last long. People will leave. No one wants to have their raid night ruined by being trained repeatedly. Pvped out of the zone? Sure. Great. But training and the like are not good for anyone. Use your head.

no exp loss on pvp, pnp, safe place to zerg, players are rootable, shit is a cake walk now compared to a few years ago, I really do not see any problems on red at all atm.
