Egg roll wrappers + ground pork + cabbage + other miscellaneous shredded veggies.

I then baked mine, although I think most people fry theirs.

It's super easy. Although rolling them is kind of a pain until you get the hang of it.

Whole wheat beer crust pizza is on the menu again sometime soon.

Quinoa marinara instead of spaghetti marinara is pretty good.

Baked fish with peach chutney and fresh roasted vegetables.

Dark chocolate and chili rubbed steak with grilled portobello mushrooms, jalapenos, and roasted potatoes on the side for Sunday dinner.

Classic apple roasted pork is always a favorite, and something you can throw in a crockpot for a while.
