You are right, it's my twin brother. =/

I meant that as, damn you change quick. I'm the complete opposite. It is hard for me to change, which is a negative when I'm putting in work, but it is easy for me to stay slim.

You just have a high metabolism. My body is the same way. Took extreme amounts of calories to bulk up the first time. I'm talkin like 6k calories a day of clean food for about 6 months along with a very strict work out. After a few weeks of following that, you will see yourself start to become a beast. Within only months too. Once you get to a certain size, it will always be easier for your body to get back to that shape pretty quickly when you fall out of shape. That's how I am able to change so quick is from the muscle memory.
