GMs don't care if you AoE all the mobs in a zone if no one else is there; why would they? The minute someone wants to camp an area/mob, the group that is monopolizing the zone has to be accommodating, and the monopolization rule comes into effect. However, GMs would hope that players would work out these disputes among themselves because petitions like this are just a waste of everyone's time. It's really easy to solve issues like this when people compromise instead of people on both sides getting worked up.
