Raw milk is illegal but it's also the best milk. Get a milk dealer.
You can pack on some insane gains with it.

Stay away from sugar, honey is better if you need a sweetener.

Not gonna lie

Drank 2/3 of a knob creek over a period of 6-8 hrs and had to take off the next day
Can’t be drinking heavy on Sunday anymore it seems

Just isn’t fun any more

Alcohol is very bad for muscle rebuilding. A glass of red wine or a beer won't be life or death but drinking hard liqueur is not good. Especially in large amounts, any of that.

Since I've been working 60+ hr weeks all this month AFTER relocating to a new city I have found myself toking a bit of cannabis each night for some rapid chill time. So far this hasn't interfered with my exercise regimen and I'm very glad to have a little nug around!

There’s a guy at my gym that stays high and is enormous. I want to say he’s is the minority of people who are able to do that and are highly functional. It’s going to be an individual basis but some medicinal marijuana use ain’t gonna kill your routine, especially if you’re a high functioning and disciplined person.

True...but speaking from experience, your body will need to go through an adjustment period.

Stuff like getting the munchies really bad and falling asleep a lot are pretty common for new smokers. Not to mention they are just flying high and silly compared to their more chill stoner friends.

It's debatable if Pot mildly decreases testosterone, mildly increases it, or does nothing. I think that shit might all be person to person / situational shit myself..

If you express your anger outwardly...more testosterone less cortisol. Just one example of how pot may change your testosterone indirectly. Maybe you have more of a "fuck it" attitude and yell at people that piss you off directly...or maybe you get more victim like and sulk off. It depends on a shitload of factors...


Note: obviously if you take steroids your not going to have testosterone problems from pot..

Keep in mind for this whole enhanced recovery thing: Pot can be a bit of an emotional see-saw. So yea you are really chill at night and recovering well....but then you might wake up crabby irritable and have more tense mornings regularly. A lot of times they don't recommend pot for anxiety because of this...sure you'll chill out...until you come down and have a panic attack about something you forgot.

One thing is for sure though. Plenty of huge guys smoke a lot of pot. And they didn't get that huge from sitting on their ass eating junk.

Back on the topic of GAINS

I ate 4 cinammon rolls over a cup of yogurt and 3 eggs this morning for breakfast. Since I don't have a large intestine, my doctors advise I eat large quantities of highly refined carbohydrates.
