Remember the mobs in Grieg's End that would cast (proc?) all the crazy illusions on players? I vote that we give Ninik a similar ability through a rebuilt Tolan bracer. It should be named Ninik's Gigglescale Bracer. Clicking it summons a stack of Mystical Cookies. Mystical cookies are throwing weapons that proc Illusion:Gnomesies. Illusion:Gnomesies turns players into a random (totally random, including gender) gnome but leaves the character their original size. The EC tunnel will get so awesome when Ninik comes through...

The effect for cast on you would be "A gnome-shaped cookie bounces off of your forehead. You feel... different."

Purpose : Teleports your target to the secret entrance to Permafrost 3300, -6400 in Everfrost Peaks.

Mechanics : Works in the same way as a Cobalt Bracer - must target player and the have to be in group.

Function : I thought of this because it is unique and yet not game breaking. It's merely a neat little toy to send individuals to a place that is admittedly tedious to reach. That side of the world would see much more healthy activity, if the travel was sped up a bit.

Just imagine Divinity wants to start up a lowbie static group that does all of it's levelling on that side of Antonica. This would be an efficient way to move everyone there in one clump, or for a less stressful CR, or etc.

Unique titles were rewarded to players back in the day on p99 and then nuked sometime later because they weren't handed out on live and thus not classic. RIP "the Dragonslayer" and "the Godhammer".

So has the official stance on titles that were never rewarded on live changed?

The baby bear Druid spell on her Cleric (Ninik)

Because we can thank/reward the people that make it more fun. There are tons of players on P99 that detract from the fun. There are a few, like Ninik, that make the game more fun for everyone, devs included.

If you don't think Ninik shouldn't get anything fun, you haven't met Ninik. This server is better because of Ninik and I only met Ninik in passing. Not many people can leave such an impression in a span of 2 minutes.
