Eccezan has already admitted to looting another guilds kill, after which the account was banned.

What's the spin for this one exactly? That it's alright to loot another guilds kills when you don't have FTE, because the moment is so confusing, and fuck it you did get exp afterall?

If not for MQ use (the most likely scenario here) he still deserves a ban, and TMO a raid suspension for ninja looting, which is a well-set precedent.

I just hope that the loot gets back to the proper owners and is transferred and monitored appropriately.

That said, it seems that you're implying that a ban is acceptable evidence of wrong doing, yet an unban is not acceptable evidence of exoneration. Both are actions conducted by authority figures. Why would one be more persuasive than the other? It follows that if bans can be trusted, so should unbans.

Yes. I would like to hear a proper and thorough rationalization of why MQ would be used when so much is at stake. It's certainly possible, but it is a sloppiness that has generally not been seen within TMO's leadership.

It is a long established practice that when a GM is not around to immediately adjudicate FTE that the loot is taken up. Is it your position that the loot should instead rot?

The only version of MQ that can be feasibly used on P99 without immediately getting you banned is pretty much worthless on Blue except to know the exact time you can come back from a med break.

I find the proffered explanation to be the most likely. However, at no point have I denied the possibility of Eccezan having cheated. I simply, based upon my experience and observation, consider the most probable scenario to be the one presented. I agree with you.. however in this scenario Eccezan the accused has already admitted to ninja looting another guilds mob. No matter what the outcome, he was wrong.
