Miscellaneous: Health Lag in Halas

I did a search for everything with Halas in the name and I did not see this mentioned so I am making this thread.
I started a Barb Rogue the other day and I am noticing Halas has some weird health report issues.
Your health meter will jump around quite a bit if it is not at 100%. When fighting a mob it happens on them also. At one point after hitting a mob a couple time their health will not report anything then all of a sudden they will be at like half health.
It is unnerving also when you are fighting and think you are at a certain percentage then all of a sudden you are worse off than what you thought.
When sitting down to get your health back your health bar will jump up then back down then back up again, it will continue to rise but in a very weird way.
My ms numbers looked good and no issues with network lag so I am not sure what it could be. My ms rating was around 42-55% with a fully green bar.
I am on Eastern (-5 UTC)time and was playing from around 8pm-10pm last night.
